Privacy Policy

Draft for review. This is a starting point that matches how the
site works today. Have it checked against your final data-processing setup
(n8n workflow, storage location, sub-processors) and by someone qualified before publishing.
Who we are
Veratly Ltd ("we", "us") provides automated customer-messaging services to businesses.
For personal data collected through this website, Veratly Ltd is the data controller.
Contact: hello@veratly.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry form. When you submit the contact form we collect your name,
business name, a phone number or email address, and any message you include. We use this
only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service.
Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate
interest in responding to enquiries.
- Cookie choice. We store your accept/reject choice in your browser's
local storage, with a timestamp, so we don't ask again and can show we honoured it.
This is a strictly necessary record and is not used for tracking.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (only with consent). If you select
"Accept all", we load Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure how our ads and pages
perform. These set cookies and share data with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and Google
Ireland Ltd. If you select "Reject all", none of this loads.
Where your data goes
Form submissions are sent to our workflow tool, which stores the enquiry and notifies our
team by email.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it beyond the processors needed to run the service
and, where you consented, the analytics and advertising providers named above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Client data is kept for the length of the engagement plus any period we're required to
retain records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal
data, object to processing, or request a copy in portable form. Email
hello@veratly.com and we'll respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change how we handle data we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
