Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Veratly Ltd ("Veratly", "we") is a company registered in the United Kingdom. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. We keep it short because, right now, we collect very little.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the fact that you signed up from this page. That's it. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your email address to tell you about Veratly's launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Who processes it
Waitlist submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc. (a form-handling service based in the United States) and stored securely. Transfers outside the UK are protected by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until our launch communications conclude or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe / withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@veratly.com.
- Under UK GDPR you can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it.
- If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
